Had this camera since Dec 2017 with no issues, was able to use the security camera just as the description said. August 27 2019 all remote monitoring is gone. Camera is offline, wont connect. Nothing has changed, same wifi, same location, same outlet. Everything else on wifi works, ruko, iphone, ipad, etc.

You cant remote in, only time camera works is when you are within 10 feet of camera. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A SECURITY SYSTEM IF YOU CANT REMOTE IN TO REVIEW THE FOOTAGE??? I do not want a camera i can only use within the home.

Absurdity furious. After 2 years i actually needed this camera to work last week of august and first week of sept while on vacation and it no longer does. Will look into lawsuit if tech issues arent resolved within 24 hours. Refund all users, This is ridiculous.
1 week of technical issues but company has said NOTHING to users, Wont return any emails, nothing online about it, no phone number to call company.
